Congratulations to José Guimarães!

Last week, José Guimarães successfully defended his PhD thesis in his viva at the University of St Andrews. For this research project, José worked under the supervision of Dr. Haijing Zhang at the MPI CPfS on “Investigating and Manipulating Electronic Transport Properties of Intercalated Transition Metal Dichalcogenides”. 

During his time at the MPI CPfS, José was a student representative and contributed in this role to the student community at the institute and in IMPRS-CPQM.

We thank José for his work as a student representative and wish him all the best for his future career.
