Successful defense by Janas

We congratulate our student Janas Kunnelakat John on her successful defense of her doctoral thesis earlier this week. Janas performed her research project on “Investigations of the heavy fermion superconductors CeRhIn₅ and PrOs₄Sb₁₂ by hydrostatic and uniaxial pressure tuning” in the Department for Physics of Quantum Materials under the supervision of Dr. Michael Nicklas. Based on her excellent work, the doctoral degree was awared to Janas with the distinction “magna cum laude”.
