  • Speaker: Prof. Dr. Claudia Felser
  • Location: MPI-CPfS, Dresden
Topological electrons
In a lecture series specifically targeted at PhD students and other junior researchers, Claudia Felser and group leaders from her department for "Solid State Chemistry" at the MPI CPfS will give a comprehensive course on topological systems.

The department for Solid State Chemistry at MPI CPfS is one of the world-leading groups in the area of topological materials. Several researchers from the department, who all work at the fore-front of this exciting topic, will give the individual lectures:

11 May - Topological Materials I
18 May - Topological Transport I
25 May - Topological Materials II
1 June - Growth of single crystals
8 June - Band structures of Topological Materials I
15 June - Topological Transport II
22 June - Band structures of Topological Materials II
29 June - From condensed matter to astrophysics and high-energy physics
6 July - Future of Topology: from topological quantum computing to catalysis

Lectures will take place every Friday at 1:00 PM.
